TakoRos Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TakoRos, operated by SNL, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when restaurants, staff members, and authorized users access TakoRos services, including TakoPos, TakoKDS, TakoKiosk, online ordering, reservations, and related dashboard tools.

Effective date: July 25, 2026.

We may collect account and contact information such as names, email addresses, login details, support contact details, and other information you provide when creating or managing an account.

We may collect restaurant and branch profile information such as business name, addresses, branch setup, VAT settings, and operational preferences needed to configure the service.

We may collect operational data generated through the platform, including menus, orders, reservations, staff records, reports, and related activity required to run your restaurant workflows.

We may collect billing and subscription references needed to manage paid access, including plan selections, add-on status, subscription identifiers, transaction references, and billing-related metadata handled with our payment providers such as Paddle. TakoRos does not store full payment card details.

We may collect support, communication, and technical information such as emails, issue reports, browser or device details, IP-related signals, country headers, logs, and security events used to operate and protect the service.

We use information to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, set up restaurant workspaces, process subscriptions and add-ons, send verification and account notices, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and product performance.

We also use information for security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, troubleshooting, usage analytics, legal compliance, and business record-keeping.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate TakoRos, such as hosting, database, infrastructure, analytics, communications, caching, and billing providers. These providers may include services such as Vercel, Railway, Supabase, Resend, Upstash, and Paddle, or comparable operational vendors used to deliver the platform.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our terms, to protect the rights or safety of SNL, our customers, or others, or as part of a legitimate business transaction.

We do not sell customer data.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain operational history, manage subscriptions and disputes, comply with legal or tax obligations, and protect the security and integrity of the platform.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, or archived systems for a limited period after deletion or account closure where reasonably required for recovery, auditing, security, or compliance purposes.

TakoRos uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. However, no internet-based service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain account information, subject to operational, contractual, legal, and record-keeping requirements. We may need to retain some information where necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable obligations.
