TakoRos Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TakoRos services operated by SNL, including TakoPos, TakoKDS, TakoKiosk, online ordering, reservation experiences, reporting, billing tools, and related dashboard features.

Effective date: July 25, 2026.

You must provide accurate business and account information when registering for the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, controlling staff access, and all activity performed through your restaurant account and invited users.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should notify us promptly at contact@takoros.com.

TakoRos is offered as a subscription service. We may provide a 30-day free trial for eligible customers. Trial access, features, and conversion rules may vary by offer and may change over time.

Paid plans and paid add-ons are billed in advance for the applicable billing period. Unless another billing cycle is explicitly offered at checkout, subscriptions are treated as month-to-month services that renew until canceled.

Feature access, branch limits, add-ons, and service availability may depend on the selected subscription plan and the current status of the account.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted portions of the platform, misuse billing flows, or use the system in a way that could harm SNL, other customers, or platform availability.

You retain ownership of the business information, menus, operational records, and other content you submit to the platform. You grant SNL the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, display, and otherwise use that information solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if there is nonpayment, misuse, breach of these terms, legal risk, security risk, suspected fraud, or behavior that threatens the platform or other customers.

You may cancel future renewals through available billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal, while access and paid entitlements typically continue through the end of the current paid term unless the account is terminated earlier for cause.

We work to provide a reliable service, but TakoRos may change, evolve, be updated, or experience interruptions from time to time. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SNL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to a reasonable amount in light of the customer relationship, the affected service period, and the nature of the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
